Terms of Service
Effective date: 16 June 2026 Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User", "Student") and LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2646817.01 ("Lenivin AI", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using lenivin.ai (the "Site"), creating a user account, purchasing access to a Course, or otherwise interacting with our products and services (collectively the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Course" — any online educational programme, lesson, module, workshop, recording, live session, or related material made available by Lenivin AI through the Site, including without limitation the AI Creator programme and any tier thereof.
- "Content" — all videos, audio recordings, written lessons, slides, assignments, templates, source files, prompts, model outputs, software, and other materials made available through the Services.
- "Subscription Term" — the period during which a Student has access to a Course (6, 12, or 18 months, as selected at checkout).
- "Account" — the user profile and credentials associated with a Student or visitor.
- "User-Generated Content" — any text, image, video, audio, prompt, code, or other material that a User submits, uploads, generates, or shares through the Services.
- "AI Output" — content generated by third-party artificial-intelligence tools using prompts, inputs, or instructions provided by a User in connection with the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Not be subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States, and not be located in a Restricted Territory (defined in §16).
- Provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering an Account.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your Account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@lenivin.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
You may not share, transfer, sublicense, or assign your Account or Course access to any other person. Each purchased seat is for one individual User only. Sharing access (for example by giving login credentials to colleagues, friends, or family) may result in immediate suspension of the Account without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time in accordance with §14.
4. The Services
4.1 What we provide
Lenivin AI provides online education in the field of artificial-intelligence content creation, including:
- Pre-recorded video lessons grouped into modules.
- Practical assignments and feedback (when included in your tier).
- Templates, source files, prompt libraries, and other downloadable resources.
- Optional live sessions, community access, and instructor reviews (as described in the tier you purchase).
4.2 What we do not provide
We do not provide:
- Personalised legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice.
- Guaranteed income, employment, business outcomes, or specific commercial results.
- Third-party AI tools themselves (you are responsible for any subscriptions you take out with OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Freepik, Higgsfield, Figma, or any other vendor mentioned in the Course).
- Hardware, software licences, or VPN services.
- Translations into languages other than those listed on the Site at the time of purchase.
4.3 Service changes
We may modify, expand, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. If we make a material change that meaningfully reduces what you purchased within your Subscription Term, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a pro-rated refund of the affected portion.
5. Purchase, Pricing, and Payment
5.1 Prices and currency
All prices on the Site are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, value-added tax, sales tax, withholding tax, or any other government-imposed levy will be added at checkout in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
Current Course tiers (subject to change):
| Tier | Price | Subscription Term | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| LITE | USD 990 | 6 months | Core modules |
| FULL | USD 1,990 | 12 months | All modules |
| VIP | USD 9,990 | 18 months | All modules + extras & reviews |
The exact tier names, prices, inclusions, and Subscription Terms shown at checkout and on the pricing page of the Site at the time of your purchase prevail over this summary.
5.2 Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe (the contracting Stripe entity depends on your region) and/or PayPal, each a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. We do not store, process, or transmit your full payment-card data on our servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms (available at stripe.com); your use of PayPal is subject to the PayPal User Agreement (available at paypal.com).
Depending on the method you choose at checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other methods that may be enabled through our payment processors from time to time.
5.3 Installment plans
If you choose an installment plan, the installment terms are presented at checkout and are subject to approval by the payment-processor or financing partner. You authorise us, or our payment partner, to charge your chosen payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout.
If an installment payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge the same payment method again within 7 calendar days.
- After 14 calendar days of non-payment, your Course access may be suspended until the account is brought current.
- After 30 calendar days of non-payment, your Account may be terminated, and the outstanding balance may be referred to a collections partner. You remain liable for the full Course price you committed to at checkout.
5.4 Taxes
Lenivin AI is not currently registered for UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and therefore does not charge UAE VAT on its Courses. You remain responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies payable in your own country of residence on the purchase; where the law of your country requires us to collect such a tax, it will be shown and added at checkout.
5.5 Currency conversion
If your card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your card issuer or bank may apply currency-conversion fees. These fees are outside our control.
6. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time we offer promotional pricing, early-bird discounts, bundles, scholarships, referral credits, or other offers (each a "Promotion"). Each Promotion has its own terms, which may include:
- A start and end date.
- A maximum number of users who may benefit.
- Specific eligibility criteria (for example new customers only, or specific tiers only).
- A discount code or coupon that must be applied at checkout.
We reserve the right to:
- End or pause any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Disqualify a User from a Promotion if we reasonably believe the User has abused the Promotion (for example using multiple accounts to claim a one-per-customer discount).
Unless explicitly stated, Promotions are not combinable with other discounts.
For early-bird and "save up to 40%" promotions:
- The reference price ("regular price") is the price the Course would be sold at after the promotion ends.
- Honouring the early-bird price requires payment in full before the promotion's stated end date.
7. Course Access and Licence to Use Content
7.1 Licence
Subject to your full and timely payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the Subscription Term.
Access and delivery. LENIVIN AI is a fully digital service with no physical shipment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive instant access to the preparatory modules of your program, and your login details are sent to the email address you used at checkout. The remaining modules open progressively according to the program schedule, and your access continues for the full Subscription Term of your chosen plan.
You may:
- Watch the lessons.
- Download the templates, prompt libraries, and source files explicitly marked as "downloadable" for your personal use in client work.
- Apply techniques learned in the Course to commercial projects you undertake for your own clients.
You may not:
- Re-sell, re-distribute, share, post, stream, broadcast, or sublicense any Content.
- Use the Content to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning model.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Content.
- Copy or reproduce the Content for the benefit of another organisation, course, or competing programme.
- Use scrapers, bots, headless browsers, or other automated means to download or extract Content in bulk.
7.2 Access duration
Your access ends on the last day of your Subscription Term, unless extended by us. After expiration:
- You retain any files you legitimately downloaded during the Subscription Term and may continue to use them in your own client work (subject to §7.1).
- You lose streaming access to videos and live-session recordings unless you renew.
7.3 Live sessions
Live sessions, when included in your tier, are recorded and added to the on-demand library typically within 48 hours of the live broadcast. If technical issues prevent recording, we will offer either a make-up session or a credit equivalent to the affected session's portion of the Course price.
8. User-Generated Content and AI Output
8.1 Your content remains yours
You retain ownership of any User-Generated Content you submit through the Services (for example assignments, portfolio pieces, comments).
You grant Lenivin AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formats, and display your User-Generated Content solely for the purpose of operating the Services (for example storing your assignment so the instructor can review it).
We will only feature your work (for example a portfolio piece you posted in a community space) as a student-success example in our marketing after obtaining your prior written consent, and we will credit you unless you ask us not to. You may withdraw that consent for future use at any time by emailing legal@lenivin.ai.
8.2 AI Output
The Course teaches you to generate Content using third-party AI tools. We make the following important disclosures regarding AI Output:
- No ownership claim by Lenivin AI. We do not claim ownership over AI Output that you generate using your own accounts at third-party AI vendors.
- Vendor terms apply. Your rights to use AI Output are governed by the terms of the AI vendor (OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, etc.). Read those terms before using AI Output commercially.
- Copyright uncertainty. As of the Effective Date of these Terms, the copyright status of AI Output is unsettled in many jurisdictions. AI Output may not be eligible for copyright protection in the same way as human-authored work. You should not assume that you can stop others from copying AI Output you generate.
- Bias and accuracy. AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, infringing, or offensive output. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before using it in any commercial, public, or sensitive context.
- No use for prohibited purposes. You must not use AI tools accessed through the Course to generate Content that violates §11 or the AI vendor's policies (in particular: CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people for deceptive purposes, content advocating violence, or content infringing third-party intellectual property).
8.3 Removal
We may remove User-Generated Content at any time if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the law, or the rights of any third party.
9. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, the Content, the Lenivin AI brand, the Site design and code, and any underlying technology are and remain the exclusive property of Lenivin AI and its licensors. Except for the limited licence in §7.1, these Terms grant you no rights in the Services or Content.
The names "Lenivin AI", "Lenivin", the lenivin.ai logo, and any other Lenivin AI marks are trademarks of Lenivin AI L.L.C-FZ. You may not use them without our prior written consent except for fair-use referential purposes (for example, stating that you completed a Lenivin AI Course in your CV).
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We process your personal data in compliance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL), and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not, and must not assist any other person to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our infrastructure, or another User's Account.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or any other automated means to access the Services, except for standard search-engine indexing of public pages.
- Misrepresent your identity or pretend to be another person or entity.
- Use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote: malware, viruses, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes of real persons, content inciting violence or hatred, content infringing third-party intellectual property, or any content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share Course access with persons who have not paid.
- Use the Services to spam, phish, harass, or defraud any person.
A more detailed list of prohibited conduct is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Your right to cancel and to receive a refund is set out in detail in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Summary (the Refund Policy controls in case of any conflict):
- 14-day money-back window for first-time Course purchases if the User has viewed less than 20% of the Course lessons.
- No refund once 20% or more of the Course lessons have been viewed, or after the 14-day window, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (which always prevails).
- Pro-rated refunds for material service changes (see §4.3) or for legitimate technical-failure refund requests as described in the Refund Policy.
13. Disclaimers
13.1 "As is" basis
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
13.2 No guaranteed outcomes
We make no guarantees that you will earn money, gain clients, find employment, build a successful AI Creator practice, or achieve any other specific result from taking the Course. Examples of student earnings shown on the Site (including the case study of a student landing a USD 10,000 commercial project, or the statement that many students take on real projects) are not promises and represent specific individual outcomes that depend on many variables outside our control, including your effort, prior skills, market, network, and luck.
See the Earnings & Educational Disclaimer for more.
13.3 Third-party AI tools
We are not responsible for any failure, outage, change in pricing, change in terms, or change in availability of any third-party AI tool referenced in the Course. Vendor relationships are between you and the vendor.
13.4 No advice
Nothing in the Course or on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction for advice specific to your situation.
14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 By us
We may suspend or terminate your Account, your Course access, or these Terms (in whole or in part) at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You have breached these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference.
- You have shared, resold, or sublicensed Course access in violation of §7.1.
- You have engaged in fraudulent or chargeback-related abuse.
- You are subject to sanctions or located in a Restricted Territory.
- Continuing to provide the Services to you would expose Lenivin AI to legal, reputational, or financial risk.
Where the breach is curable, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to cure before terminating, unless the breach is serious or repeated.
14.2 By you
You may stop using the Services and request closure of your Account at any time by emailing support@lenivin.ai. Termination of your Account does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund — see the Refund Policy.
14.3 Effect of termination
On termination:
- Your right to access the Content ends immediately.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution) survive.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Lenivin AI, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or substitute-service costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Lenivin AI's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Lenivin AI for the Course giving rise to the claim, or (b) the total amount you paid to Lenivin AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence causing death or personal injury, or any mandatory consumer-protection statutory right).
16. Service Availability and Restricted Territories
The Services are available worldwide, except that you may not access or use the Services if you are located in, or are a national of:
- Any country subject to a comprehensive embargo by the UAE, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States, including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.
- Any country to which export is restricted under applicable export-control laws.
If we discover that you are in a Restricted Territory, we will suspend your Account, refund any unused portion of the prepaid Subscription Term, and terminate these Terms.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lenivin AI, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms.
- Your User-Generated Content or AI Output.
- Your breach of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
We may, at our option, assume the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in good faith.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by:
- A prominent notice on the Site for at least 30 calendar days, and
- An email to your registered email address (if you have an Account).
The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of a revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and request closure of your Account.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Meydan Free Zone, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles.
19.2 Informal resolution
Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@lenivin.ai with a written description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 calendar days of receipt.
19.3 Jurisdiction
If we cannot resolve the matter informally, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, and you submit to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of habitual residence if mandatory consumer-protection law in that country gives you that right.
20. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer) constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenivin AI regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, or sale.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, infrastructure outages, or regulatory action.
