This Cookie Policy explains how LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on lenivin.ai (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's operator.

- SDKs — code embedded in our learning platform that performs similar functions.

3.3 Analytics cookies
We do not currently use any analytics cookies on the Site (for example Google Analytics or session-replay tools). If we introduce privacy-friendly or third-party analytics in the future, we will list each cookie here and ask for your consent through the cookie banner before any analytics cookie is set.
3.4 Marketing cookies
We do not currently use any marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels (such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn). If this changes, we will list each cookie here and obtain your prior consent through the cookie banner before any such cookie is set.
4. How to Manage Cookies
4.1 Through our cookie banner
The Site currently sets only strictly-necessary and functional cookies (Sections 3.1–3.2) and no analytics or marketing cookies. Our cookie notice informs you of this and links to this Policy; you can review or clear cookies at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer and your browser settings (Section 4.2).
If we later introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will first replace that notice with a consent banner that lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customise each category, and we will not set any such cookie until you have made an active choice.
4.2 Through your browser
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies. The exact steps depend on your browser:

Because we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing to opt out of beyond the browser controls above. Should we enable such cookies in the future, you will be able to refuse them in our cookie banner, and you may additionally use industry opt-outs such as youronlinechoices.eu (EU) and optout.aboutads.info (US).
4.4 "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies, there is no cross-site tracking to disable. Where we serve users in jurisdictions that recognise opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control under the CCPA/CPRA), we will honour those signals if and when we introduce any cookie-based tracking.
5. Cookies Used by Our Service Providers (Subprocessors)
When you make a payment, our payment processors load a secure checkout that sets their own cookies for fraud-prevention and session security. These are governed by the processor's own privacy and cookie policies:

- PayPal — paypal.com/privacy
We do not embed third-party social-media, video, or advertising content that would set additional cookies. The social-media links in our footer are ordinary outbound links and do not set cookies on our Site.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie practices or applicable laws. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the Site or by email.
