Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") describes when and how you may cancel a purchase and receive a refund from LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ (licence No. 2646817.01, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. — "Lenivin AI", "we", "us").

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, this Refund Policy controls with respect to refunds and cancellations.


Access and delivery

LENIVIN AI is a fully digital service with no physical shipment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive instant access to the preparatory modules of your program, and your login details are sent to the email address you used at checkout. The remaining modules open progressively according to the program schedule, and your access continues for the full Subscription Term of your chosen plan.

2. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

For each first-time Course purchase, you have a refund right that lasts fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase ("Refund Window"). To qualify for a full refund within this window:

  1. You must submit your refund request through the procedure in §3 before the Refund Window expires; and
  2. Your tracked viewing of Course content must be less than 20% of the total Course content in your tier (measured by lessons viewed or video play-time, as recorded by our learning platform); and
  3. You must not have downloaded a substantial portion of the downloadable materials (templates, prompt libraries, source files). A small number of files downloaded for evaluation does not disqualify you; downloading the bulk of the materials does.

If you meet all three conditions, we will refund 100% of the price you paid to the original payment method.

2.2 What does "first-time purchase" mean

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a particular Course tier. If you previously purchased a tier, refunded it, and re-enrolled, you are not eligible to use the guarantee a second time for the same Course. Upgrades and re-enrolments are covered separately in §5.

2.3 Why the 20% cap

The Services are digital, mostly delivered upfront, and have no marginal cost of consumption to you. The 20% cap is a voluntary contractual money-back guarantee that we choose to offer as a fair balance between letting you evaluate the Course and preventing abuse of the refund right by users who have effectively consumed the product. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any stronger mandatory right your local law gives you (see §4.1).


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@lenivin.ai with subject line "Refund request — [your full name] — [order ID]".
  2. Include in the body of the email:
  1. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  2. We will review your viewing and download activity against §2.1 and confirm eligibility within 5 business days of acknowledgement.
  3. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Payment-processor and banking timelines may add an additional 5–14 calendar days before the credit appears on your statement.
  4. If denied, we will explain why in writing. You may escalate by replying to that email; an independent member of the Lenivin AI team will review.

We do not refund to a payment method other than the one used at purchase, except where the original method is closed or unavailable, in which case we will arrange an alternative refund route to the same beneficiary.


4. After the 14-Day Refund Window

Outside the Refund Window, Course purchases are non-refundable, except:

4.1 EU / EEA / UK consumers — withdrawal right note

If you are a "consumer" resident in the EU, EEA, or UK and you purchased the Course on or through the Site, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (or its UK equivalent), running from the date the contract was concluded.

Where we offer immediate access to the Course before the end of that 14-day withdrawal period, we ask you, at checkout, to give your express consent and acknowledgement by ticking a box confirming that:

  1. You expressly request that we begin providing the digital content immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
  2. You acknowledge that, once the digital content has been fully supplied to you, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

If you do not give that express consent, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is preserved in full and you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days, regardless of the 20% cap below.

The 20% cap described in §2 is a separate, voluntary contractual guarantee that is more generous than your statutory minimum; it is not a reinterpretation of the statutory term "fully supplied", and it never reduces any stronger right that mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you.


5. Cancelling an Installment Plan

If you purchased on an installment plan and you cancel before the end of the Refund Window under §2:

If you stop paying after the Refund Window without contacting us, we will follow the process in Terms of Service §5.3, which may include suspending Course access, applying late-payment fees, or referring the outstanding balance to a collections partner.


6. Hardship and Discretionary Refunds

If you experience a serious life event during your Subscription Term — for example a documented serious illness, family bereavement, military deployment, or extraordinary financial hardship — and you cannot reasonably complete the Course, you may request a discretionary refund or service credit by emailing support@lenivin.ai with the subject line "Hardship request".

We will respond within 7 business days. Outcomes are at our discretion and may include:

We may ask for supporting documentation (e.g., a medical letter, a deployment notice). Documentation is kept confidential and used only to verify the request.


7. Refunds for Service Failures

7.1 Technical outages

If a technical failure on our side prevents access to the Services for more than 7 consecutive calendar days during your Subscription Term and we cannot restore access in that time, you may request a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period.

Brief, scheduled, or third-party-caused outages (e.g., your local internet connection, your country's network restrictions, your AI-tool vendor's downtime) do not qualify.

7.2 Material change to the Services

If we materially change or discontinue a part of the Services you purchased — in a way that meaningfully reduces what you contracted for — we will offer one of:

7.3 Live-session cancellation

If a live session included in your tier is cancelled by us and we cannot reschedule within 30 calendar days, we will issue a credit equal to that session's portion of the Course price.


8. Refunds for Sanctions and Restricted Territories

If we discover that you are in a Restricted Territory (as defined in Terms of Service §16) or are subject to economic sanctions, we will terminate your Account and refund any unused portion of the prepaid Subscription Term. The refund will be issued in compliance with applicable sanctions law and may be delayed if the law requires.


9. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you purchase the same Course tier twice (in the same week, by the same buyer, on the same email address), email support@lenivin.ai with both order IDs within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase in full.


10. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@lenivin.ai. We aim to resolve disputes directly and quickly.

Nothing in this Policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider — that is your right, and you may exercise it at any time. We simply ask that, for a faster outcome, you contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

If you file a chargeback for a charge that is valid under this Policy (for example, one filed outside the Refund Window where no service failure has occurred) without first contacting us, we may suspend access to the affected Course pending the outcome of the payment network's dispute process. Where a dispute is finally resolved in our favour and the charge is confirmed to have been valid, we reserve our right to recover the disputed amount, any chargeback fees, and reasonable collection costs as a debt. We do not penalise good-faith disputes or disputes you win.


11. Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original payment method. If your card or bank account is denominated in another currency, the amount you receive in your local currency may differ from the amount you originally paid because of exchange-rate fluctuations between the purchase date and the refund date. These differences are not made up by Lenivin AI.

Payment-processor fees (e.g., currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or by Stripe) are also outside our control.


12. Taxes

If we refund a purchase on which taxes were collected, we will also refund the corresponding tax amount to the original payment method, subject to applicable tax laws.


13. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change will apply only to purchases made after the new "Effective date" shown above. The Refund Policy in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
