This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using the services provided by LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ ("Lenivin AI", "we", "us", "our"), including lenivin.ai, online courses, live educational sessions, community spaces, downloads, templates, assignments, consultations, and any related digital services (collectively, the "Services").
This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Capitalised terms not defined in this AUP have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you violate this AUP, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services, remove content, report unlawful activity, and take other appropriate action, subject to our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and mandatory applicable law.
1. Purpose of this AUP
Lenivin AI provides education and digital services related to artificial-intelligence-assisted content creation, AI creative workflows, photo and video generation, digital skills, and related commercial applications.
AI tools can be powerful and may be misused. This AUP explains the standards we require from users in order to protect our students, community, business, instructors, third-party service providers, payment processors where available, card networks, rights holders, and the wider public.
Our Services are educational and creative in nature. They must not be used to create, promote, facilitate, monetise, distribute, or support unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or restricted activity.
2. Who Must Follow This AUP
This AUP applies to:
visitors to our website;
students and course participants;
users of our community spaces, chats, forums, live sessions, assignments, downloads, and templates;
clients who purchase consultations, workshops, or digital services;
anyone who accesses the Services on behalf of an organisation.
You are responsible for your own conduct, your account activity, your prompts, your submissions, your User-Generated Content, and any AI Output you create, submit, share, publish, or commercialise in connection with the Services.
3. Prohibited Content and Uses
You must not use the Services, Course materials, community spaces, assignments, prompts, templates, methods, or AI workflows learned through the Services to create, request, upload, share, distribute, promote, sell, or facilitate any content or activity described below.
3.1 Illegal Content and Activity
You must not create, promote, facilitate, or distribute:
content or activity that violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates, your country of residence, the country where the content is published or consumed, or any other applicable law;
child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or any content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or targets minors in any form, including AI-generated, illustrated, simulated, or fictional content;
non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face swaps, or any sexualised depiction of a real person without documented consent;
content involving human trafficking, slavery, forced labour, exploitation, or abuse;
content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyright, trademark, design rights, patent rights, trade secrets, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, contractual rights, or other third-party rights;
content or transactions that violate export controls, sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules, anti-bribery rules, or counter-terrorism financing laws.
3.2 Deception, Fraud, Impersonation, and Manipulation
You must not create, promote, facilitate, or distribute:
deepfakes, voice clones, synthetic media, fake screenshots, fake documents, or AI-generated content designed to deceive people into believing it is authentic;
impersonation of any person, company, public figure, instructor, Lenivin AI representative, payment provider, government body, platform, or brand;
fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake case studies, fake social proof, fake before-and-after results, fake earnings screenshots, or fabricated client results;
phishing pages, fake support pages, fake payment pages, fake login pages, scam pages, malware, or social engineering content;
political disinformation, election manipulation, voter suppression, or deceptive political content;
misleading advertising, fake urgency, hidden pricing, undisclosed recurring billing, deceptive discounts, or unclear commercial offers.
3.3 Harm, Abuse, Harassment, and Doxxing
You must not create, promote, facilitate, or distribute:
content encouraging or instructing self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behaviour;
content promoting violence, terrorism, violent extremism, hate, harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation;
content targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristic;
doxxing or unauthorised disclosure of personal data, contact details, private images, private correspondence, financial information, identification documents, or location information;
actionable instructions for creating, obtaining, modifying, or using weapons, explosives, biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, or cyber weapons.
3.4 Adult, Sexual, and Mature Audience Content
You must not use the Services to create, request, sell, distribute, monetise, or facilitate:
pornography, explicit sexual content, or mature audience content designed for sexual gratification;
adult services, escort services, sexual services, fetish services, adult live-chat, adult webcam activity, or paid sexual interaction;
AI-generated adult content, sexualised avatars, sexualised synthetic people, or sexualised depictions of real persons;
sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor, under any circumstances;
non-consensual sexual or intimate content of any real person.
This restriction applies even where such content may be legal in a particular jurisdiction.
3.5 Regulated, Restricted, or High-Risk Activities
You must not use the Services to create, promote, facilitate, sell, or support:
gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance, sweepstakes with prizes, casino activity, fantasy sports with monetary prizes, or gambling-related services;
illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or products intended to mimic illegal drugs;
prescription drugs, prescription medical devices, telemedicine, medical tourism, or regulated medical services unless you are properly licensed and we have given prior written approval;
tobacco, vaping products, nicotine products, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, weapons, regulated knives, explosives, hazardous materials, or related accessories;
counterfeit goods, unauthorised brand-name goods, replica goods marketed deceptively, or goods/services that infringe third-party rights;
cryptocurrency exchanges, crypto investment schemes, NFTs offered as investments, securities, forex, CFDs, derivatives, commodities, lending, credit repair, debt relief, or financial products unless you are properly licensed and we have given prior written approval;
pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix programs, multi-level marketing recruitment, “get rich quick” schemes, business opportunities promising high rewards for little effort, or any deceptive earnings opportunity;
payment facilitation, money transmission, stored value, escrow, currency exchange, or collection of payments on behalf of undisclosed third-party merchants;
charities, donations, crowdfunding, fundraising, or marketplace activity unless expressly approved in writing by us and permitted by all applicable laws and payment-provider rules.
3.6 Professional Advice
You must not use the Services to provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice unless you are appropriately licensed, authorised, and legally permitted to do so in the relevant jurisdiction.
The Services themselves do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.
4. AI-Specific Rules
Because the Services involve AI-assisted content creation, you must follow the additional rules below.
4.1 Disclosure of AI-Generated Content
Where required by applicable law, platform rules, advertising standards, industry codes, or reasonable audience expectations, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-assisted.
You must not present AI-generated content as authentic human-created, documentary, journalistic, testimonial, or evidentiary material where doing so would be misleading.
4.2 Real-Person Likeness, Voice, and Identity
You must not generate, clone, imitate, commercialise, or publish the face, likeness, voice, name, signature, biometric features, identifiable body, or other personal attributes of a real person unless:
you have documented consent or a valid licence;
your use is lawful in all relevant jurisdictions;
your use does not imply false endorsement, sponsorship, employment, affiliation, approval, or participation;
you clearly disclose AI generation or manipulation where required;
your use does not involve sexual, defamatory, deceptive, humiliating, political manipulation, or otherwise harmful content.
For public figures, celebrities, influencers, politicians, athletes, performers, and well-known business figures, you must take special care. You may not use their likeness, voice, or identity in commercial content, advertising, endorsements, product promotion, or client work unless you have the necessary rights or clear legal basis.
4.3 Brands, Trademarks, Products, and Copyrighted Works
You must not use the Services to create or commercialise content that:
falsely suggests that a brand, platform, payment provider, celebrity, company, or public figure has endorsed, sponsored, approved, partnered with, or verified you or your client;
copies or imitates brand assets, logos, trade dress, product designs, packaging, campaigns, advertisements, music, films, photos, videos, characters, or artworks without the necessary rights;
markets counterfeit, unauthorised, or infringing products;
removes or conceals copyright notices, watermarks, attribution, or licence restrictions;
uses third-party assets in a way that violates the applicable licence or platform terms.
You are responsible for checking the terms of any AI tool, stock library, music platform, image library, model release, or third-party asset you use.
4.4 Commercial Work for Clients
Before delivering AI Output, templates, prompts, creative assets, or campaign materials to a client, you must ensure that:
you have the right to use all inputs, prompts, references, source materials, datasets, images, videos, voices, music, likenesses, brand assets, and outputs commercially;
the work does not infringe third-party rights;
the work does not imply false endorsement or affiliation;
you have complied with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, platform, and AI disclosure rules;
you have retained appropriate records of tools, licences, permissions, prompts, source assets, and approvals.
5. Community and Live Educational Sessions
Our community spaces, chats, forums, live sessions, reviews, and group calls are provided as moderated educational features of the Services.
You must not use them as:
a public live-streaming, broadcasting, or monetised creator platform;
a dating, adult, escort, or romantic introduction service;
a marketplace for third-party goods or services;
a file-sharing, cyberlocker, piracy, or content-hosting service;
a gambling, sweepstakes, crypto, investment, fundraising, donation, or financial scheme;
a channel for spam, unsolicited direct messages, mass tagging, scraping, lead harvesting, or recruitment into MLM/direct-selling schemes.
In community spaces, you must:
be respectful and professional;
stay on topic;
not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or discriminate against others;
not share screenshots, recordings, personal information, or private messages without consent;
not upload malware, infringing content, illegal content, or confidential third-party material;
credit creators and rights holders where appropriate;
follow moderator instructions.
Moderators may remove content, mute, restrict, suspend, or ban users who violate this AUP.
6. Prohibited Technical Conduct
You must not:
share, sell, sublicense, transfer, or give access to your account, login credentials, course seat, downloads, templates, or private community spaces;
resell, redistribute, pirate, record, stream, upload, or publicly share Course materials;
build a competing course, product, dataset, model, or training service using our materials as a substantial source;
scrape, crawl, extract, bulk download, or copy content from the Site, learning platform, or community spaces without our prior written permission;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission;
upload malware, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code;
interfere with, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security, access controls, or availability of the Services;
reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Services, except to the extent mandatory law permits;
use the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, scrape for, or build machine-learning models without our prior written permission;
misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or authorisation.
7. Payments, Disputes, and Payment Providers
You must not:
use stolen, unauthorised, fake, or compromised payment instruments;
bypass payment controls, access controls, checkout flows, or subscription restrictions;
use multiple accounts, false information, VPN abuse, proxy abuse, or other deceptive methods to avoid fees, eligibility rules, sanctions rules, or purchase limits;
engage in fraudulent chargebacks, duplicate recovery, false non-receipt claims, or other payment abuse;
request or process payments for goods or services not disclosed to us or not actually provided by you;
use the Services or our community to collect payments on behalf of undisclosed third-party merchants.
Nothing in this AUP limits your lawful right to contact us, request support, request a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, use an available payment-provider dispute process, or exercise any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Where available, payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as card processors, digital wallet providers, or other payment-method providers. Those providers are independent payment service providers only. They do not sponsor, endorse, approve, guarantee, or partner with Lenivin AI or its educational products unless expressly stated by them in writing.
8. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Territories
You must not access or use the Services if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, counter-terrorism financing, or similar laws.
You must not use the Services for dealings involving sanctioned persons, sanctioned entities, comprehensively embargoed territories, or restricted jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other applicable authorities.
You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about your identity, location, business, and intended use of the Services when requested.
9. Reporting Violations
If you believe that a user is violating this AUP, or that AI Output created in connection with the Services violates the law or third-party rights, please contact:

Please include:
the user’s name, handle, email, or URL if available;
a description of the suspected violation;
links or references showing where the content appears;
your contact details if you want us to follow up.
For suspected CSAM or content involving sexual exploitation of minors: do not download, copy, save, screenshot, forward, or attach the material. Provide only the URL or a description of where it can be found. Reproducing or transmitting such material may itself be unlawful.
We may forward credible reports of illegal activity to law-enforcement authorities, regulators, payment providers, platforms, rights holders, or other appropriate third parties where legally required or reasonably necessary.
10. Consequences of Violation
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
issue a warning;
remove or restrict access to content;
restrict participation in community spaces or live sessions;
suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services;
refuse future access to our products or services;
report the matter to law enforcement, regulators, payment providers, platforms, rights holders, or other relevant third parties;
pursue available legal remedies.
If your access is suspended or terminated for violation of this AUP, you may lose access to the Services without refund, except where a refund is required by our Refund & Cancellation Policy or mandatory applicable law.
11. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by email, account notice, or website notice. Continued use of the Services after the updated AUP becomes effective means you accept the updated AUP.
