Earnings & Educational Disclaimer
Effective date: 16 June 2026 Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Disclaimer explains the limits of what the LENIVIN AI Creator programme (and any related online courses, materials, and communications offered by LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ, the "Services") can do for you, and what it cannot do. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
Please read this Disclaimer in full before purchasing the Course or relying on any material we publish.
1. Educational, Not Advisory
The Services are educational. Their purpose is to teach you skills, tools, and frameworks related to AI-assisted content creation.
The Services are not:
- Personalised legal advice. Nothing in the Course constitutes legal advice for your specific situation. Consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- Personalised tax or financial advice. Nothing in the Course constitutes tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified accountant, tax adviser, or financial planner.
- Medical or psychological advice. Some lessons may discuss productivity, motivation, or work-life balance. These are general observations, not therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health issue, contact a qualified professional or a local helpline.
- Career or employment guarantees. Completing the Course does not entitle you to a job, contract, internship, or any specific career outcome.
- Investment advice. Where the Course discusses the cost of AI tools, freelance pricing, or business models, those are illustrative, not recommendations to deploy capital.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the information in the Course.
2. No Earnings Guarantee
2.1 Plain statement
We do not guarantee that you will earn money, gain clients, build a portfolio, find employment, increase your income, or achieve any specific business or commercial result from taking the Course. Your results depend on you.
2.2 Specific claims on our marketing materials
We may publish on our website, social media, or sales materials specific student stories and statistics, including (but not limited to):
- Statements that students have landed commercial projects worth between USD 550 and USD 1,100+ during or after the Course.
- Case studies describing individual students who reported results such as a single high-value commercial project or a volume of orders worth several thousand US dollars (for example figures in the region of USD 10,000–13,000) while still in, or shortly after, training.
- A statement that many students take on real projects and earn their first money during or shortly after the Course.
- Audience-growth examples (for example growing a social-media account from zero to tens of thousands of followers).
- Any other income figure, project count, follower count, percentage, or testimonial shown anywhere in our marketing, on the Site, or in our community spaces.
These statements are based on the experiences of specific individuals who took the Course in specific market conditions. They are not promises of what you will achieve, and we make no representation that they are typical of all students. We do not control, and cannot guarantee:
- Your prior skills, network, language ability, or available time.
- The country you operate in or the market demand for AI-assisted content creation there.
- The pricing power, negotiation skill, or business judgement you bring to client work.
- The performance and pricing of third-party AI tools, which change frequently.
- Macroeconomic, regulatory, platform, or technology changes affecting demand.
2.3 Typicality
The average outcome across all Course students is not the same as the outcomes shown in case studies. By definition, case studies highlight notable individual results. The typical student may earn nothing, may earn less than the cost of the Course, or may earn substantially more — there is no way for us to predict your outcome.
2.4 What students who do well share
In our experience, students who report the strongest results tend to:
- Treat the Course as the start, not the end, of their skill-building.
- Complete assignments and apply feedback.
- Build a public portfolio and pitch consistently.
- Adapt to changes in AI tooling rather than waiting for stability.
- Combine the technical skill with adjacent skills (sales, account management, niche industry knowledge).
This pattern is offered for transparency, not as a checklist that guarantees an outcome.
3. Third-Party AI Tools
The Course teaches the use of third-party AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Freepik, Higgsfield, and Figma.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these vendors. References to them in the Course are for educational purposes only, in reliance on fair-use principles and customary industry practice.
We do not control:
- The features any tool offers.
- The pricing, geographic availability, or payment options any tool offers.
- The output quality, biases, or safety performance of any tool.
- The terms of use of any tool, which the vendor may change at any time.
- The legal status of AI-generated output in any jurisdiction.
If a tool we recommend in the Course changes its pricing, removes a feature, becomes unavailable in your country, or alters its terms in a way that affects your work, we are not responsible, and this does not entitle you to a refund.
4. AI Output — Special Caveats
AI tools can produce output that is:
- Inaccurate or fabricated. AI models can generate plausible-looking but false information ("hallucinations"). You must independently verify any factual claims, names, statistics, or quotations before using them.
- Biased. AI models can reflect biases present in their training data, including biases related to gender, race, ethnicity, and culture. Review AI Output critically.
- Infringing. AI models trained on copyrighted material may produce outputs that resemble protected works. You are responsible for ensuring that the AI Output you commercialise does not infringe third-party rights.
- Non-original. Generic prompts produce generic outputs. The originality of your AI Output is determined by your prompting craft and any human editing you apply.
- Of uncertain ownership. As at the date of this Disclaimer, the copyright status of AI Output remains unsettled in many jurisdictions (the UAE, EU, UK, US, and other jurisdictions). Do not assume you can stop others from copying your AI Output.
When using AI Output in client deliverables, advertising, or any public context, you must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
5. External Links and Recommendations
The Site and the Course may contain links or references to external sites, products, and services. We provide these for convenience and education only.
- We have no control over external content and accept no responsibility for it.
- A link or recommendation does not constitute endorsement.
- Where we are paid a commission or other consideration for recommending a third-party product (an "affiliate" relationship), we will disclose that next to the recommendation.
You should review the terms of any third-party site or service before relying on it.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials, case studies, and reviews published by us may be:
- Lightly edited for clarity, grammar, and length.
- Shortened to fit a specific format (web banner, social-media post).
- Anonymised at the request of the contributor, or pseudonymised for privacy.
We do not pay cash for testimonials, and we do not publish fake testimonials. Some contributors may have received course credit or a discount in exchange for a testimonial; where that is the case, we disclose that material connection next to the testimonial, in line with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides.
7. No Professional Relationship
Your participation in the Course does not create a professional advisory relationship between you and Lenivin AI, Saveliy Lenivin, or any instructor. The instructor-student relationship is one of education only.
Specifically:
- Course feedback on your assignments is teaching feedback, not certification.
- 1-on-1 sessions (where included in your tier) are coaching sessions, not legal/financial/medical consultations.
- Discussion of your client situations in community spaces does not constitute consulting advice.
For matters that require a regulated professional, hire one.
8. Forward-Looking Statements
We may make statements about future products, features, market trends, or AI capabilities. These are forward-looking and based on what we know today. They are not commitments to deliver specific features by specific dates. We may change our plans without notice.
If you make a purchasing decision based on a feature we have not yet shipped, you do so at your own risk. The Terms of Service govern what you have actually bought.
9. Country-Specific Disclosures
9.1 United Arab Emirates
The Services are licensed under the Meydan Free Zone activities listed in our Contact & Legal Information page. Where a particular course topic is regulated in the UAE (e.g., financial-services marketing), we follow UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority and Securities and Commodities Authority guidance.
9.2 European Union, United Kingdom
We make no commercial communications targeted at minors. Our marketing follows the principles of fair commercial practice under the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC and the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
9.3 United States — Federal Trade Commission
We comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides for testimonials and endorsements. Material connections between Lenivin AI and any endorser are disclosed conspicuously.
10. Limitation of Reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you may not rely on any earnings claim, statistic, case study, or forward-looking statement contained in our marketing, on the Site, in the Course, or in our community spaces as a basis for any financial, business, or career decision.
If you make a decision in reliance on any such claim and the outcome is not what you hoped, you may not bring a claim against Lenivin AI or its representatives based on that reliance, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
11. Changes to this Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
