This Privacy Policy explains how LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ (“Lenivin AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you visit lenivin.ai (the “Site”), purchase or use our online courses, workshops, webinars, digital materials, AI creative education products, or related digital services (the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy is designed to address applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, where applicable, other privacy laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
This Policy does not guarantee that every privacy law in every jurisdiction applies to every user or every processing activity. Where a specific law gives you additional rights, we will handle your request in accordance with that law.

If we are legally required to appoint an EU or UK representative, we will update this Policy with the representative’s name and contact details. Until then, you may contact us directly at privacy@lenivin.ai.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site and Services, and from selected third parties such as payment processors, learning platforms, communication tools, and service providers.

Course and learning data: course enrollment, lesson progress, assignments, quiz answers, portfolio submissions, community posts, feedback, certificates, and similar educational activity.

Payment processors and payment method providers may process payment data, payer data, fraud prevention data, device data, and transaction information for purposes such as payment processing, authentication, risk analysis, fraud prevention, compliance, reporting, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Depending on the context and applicable law, such providers may act as independent controllers, processors, service providers, payment method providers, or financial institutions in relation to certain payment data.
We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on our own systems.
Payment data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside the United Arab Emirates, including in countries where our payment processors, payment method providers, banks, card networks, and their service providers operate.
Payment data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, payment network rules, regulators, courts, law enforcement, banks, financial institutions, anti-fraud systems, or dispute resolution procedures.
Stripe, PayPal, card networks, issuing banks, acquiring banks, and other payment providers are not sponsors, partners, guarantors, endorsers, or representatives of our Services. They act only as payment processing, payment method, banking, or financial service providers where applicable.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
At the date of this Policy, we use strictly necessary and limited functional cookies. We do not currently use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising pixels on the Site.
If we introduce analytics, marketing, retargeting, or similar non-essential cookies in the future, we will update our Cookie Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before setting such cookies.

7. AI Tools and User Content
Our Services may involve education about AI tools, AI-generated content, creative workflows, photo generation, video generation, automation, and digital production.
We may process assignments, prompts, submitted materials, generated outputs, portfolio materials, and feedback in order to provide the Services, review your progress, provide support, and improve the educational experience.
We do not use your assignments, prompts, submitted materials, or generated content to train our own AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such use through a separate consent mechanism or feature.
Third-party AI tools that you choose to use may process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party AI tools that we do not control.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, prompts, images, videos, files, personal data, likenesses, voices, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or third-party materials you submit to third-party AI tools or to our Services are used lawfully and with appropriate rights or permissions.
